What kind of account do you need?

Each distinct legal entity needs its own account, and the questions you are asked next depend on this answer. If you are unsure, read the registration guide first.

Organisation / company A business registered with the Registrar-General. Documents are issued in the company's registered name. Government institution A ministry, department, agency, assembly or public institution. Registers free of charge. Individual A person applying strictly in their own capacity — not on behalf of any company. Agent / consultant An environmental consultant filing for clients under a mandate they grant you.
